There are moments that define your life one way or another. In this case, I was one decision away from changing my life, or one decision away from ending it. I lived in depression, and I absolutely refuse to go back there!
Depression
Why having anxiety is actually your greatest gift.
“Our brains cannot tell the difference between something that we’ve vividly imagined and something that we’ve actually experience.” – Tony Robbins.
A new decade – a time to reflect and a time to be grateful.
“Acknowledging the good that you have in your life is the foundation of all abundance.” – Eckhart Tolle. What I have come to realise is that we can never truly evaluate or value the impact of something at the time. We may never know the effect it has on our life for years to come, but when we reflect on our life as a timeline, we see how it came together in the end.
My Authentic Self.
So many of us keeps secret from the world because we’re afraid that if we reveal the truth of who we really are we won’t be liked, or loved, or accepted. But perhaps one of our most important callings as a species is to put our own self-worth aside and to tell our stories, our struggles and how we prevailed in order to relieve others from suffering.
Happiness is a journey, not a destination.
Your life will ultimately come down to what your thoughts make about it and I promise, You are absolutely enough. Happiness will never be measures by what you have, but by what You are… You can lose what you have, but you will never lose what You are. Embrace and enjoy Your life as journey: What’s greater; a life of happiness? Or a few moments in life we wait for to experience that happiness?
